Entry 200

This is our 200th Blog posting! When Meredith and I began writing this around 4 years ago, I wondered if anyone would ever read it. My thanks go out to you that found us and read our entries.

I will not claim to be up there in readership with some of the most popular blogs, but I wouldn’t want to write about some of those things anyway. I am still gratified that you give us your time. Since we made the shift to WordPress as our host site in February 2012, we have had readers from 88 countries. While around 37% of those have been from the United States, we have had followers from all parts of the world and every continent except Antarctica. We are still working on that one.

It has been good to see our most often read topic, Employee Engagement, is of interest in so many places. Effective engagement benefits employees and employers in any location, and we hope our information has been useful to you in boosting engagement.

We continue to write about the things Columbus Area Labor-Management Committee does and those principles in which we believe, and appreciate your interest in these topics. Remember that our training, facilitation, assessment, consulting, and other services are available anywhere in the U.S. and most of those 88 countries.

The other most popular topics have dealt with Workplace Safety, particularly its impact on the bottom line for employers, creating cooperative labor-management committees, and holding effective meetings. I can promise you more articles to come about each of these topics. If there are other areas you would like us to touch on or about which you would like to contribute an article, please let us know.

We thank you again for your interest in our blog. We appreciate the time you have given us by reading.

Next week, we will go back to a regular topic.
